Key Responsibilities:

Audience Engagement: Foster community growth by engaging with followers, responding to queries, and managing feedback.
Analytics & Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and refine strategies based on insights.
Platform Updates: Stay updated with the latest features, trends, and best practices for Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Collaboration: Partner with other departments (like sales or customer service) to ensure brand consistency and timely content delivery.
Ad Campaigns: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns for maximum ROI.
Crisis Management: Address potential PR issues swiftly and effectively.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprinklr.
Solid understanding of social media KPIs and analytical skills to interpret data.
